Aaron Bornstein is a member of the Information Technology Advisory Practice at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Operations, Information Management and Marketing. While pursuing his degree, he worked part-time as a systems administrator, project manager and a teaching assistant. After graduating from college, he relocated to Los Angeles.

At age 18, Aaron was diagnosed with 47 XXY after experiencing undiagnosed medical issues. Despite the concerns of some medical professionals that Aaron should keep his diagnosis a guarded secret, Aaron has chosen to be a guest speaker and has talked openly at several KS&A conferences. He has provided important insight and helpful suggestions to countless boys, adolescents, college students, and parents.
