Targeted Research

We need your help to promote research into worthwhile projects selected by KS&A’s Board and our Scientific Advisory Committee and targeted specifically to our populations. Your tax-exempt gift will help to bring these promising research efforts to the point that they will serve as a magnet for major funding from foundations, governmental agencies or commercial partners.

Education and Support

Through your help, we’re able to ensure that someone knowledgeable will field the all-important “first call” made by individuals and/or family members upon receiving a diagnosis of a sex chromosome variation, correct misinformation in the media and correct misperceptions by educators or professionals who are not fully aware of the facts. Additionally, your donation helps us bring together the foremost subject matter experts at national, regional and local events, as well as through printed publications and our Web site, ensuring that people get the highest quality information and stay connected with others who share similar concerns.

Programs and Operations

Although we have many volunteers serving as staff, it still costs money to run an organization and build new capacity. Your tax-exempt gift helps to defray KS&A’s general overhead expenses such as telephone, office expenses, travel costs, website hosting, development initiatives and other operating and program costs.
