KS&A Newsletter – Currently AvailableThe Even Exchange With the exception of one year, KS&A has published at least one newsletter a year since 1990. Called The Even Exchange, this publication has served as a way to inform the community about X and Y chromosome variations and to disseminate useful information among our members – particularly those individuals and families who have not had Internet access. Between 1992 and 2004, KS&A charged a small annual subscription fee, and endeavored to publish the newsletter on either a quarterly or 3-times per year basis. With the increasingly pervasive use of the Internet, continuing escalation in the costs of professional printing and postage, as well as the advent of more comprehensive means for distributing relevant information to our members, KS&A’s Board voted to eliminate all subscription fees and make The Even Exchange available free of charge by download or surface mail.
